Atkins Caramel Chocolate Nut Roll Review

We have had the pleasure of trying the Atkins Caramel Chocolate Nut Roll for this review. We have to say this is one of the richest real tasting keto friendly bars I have tried in years. On the front of the wrapper, it says that it’s “FREE FROM GLUTEN” which is music to my ears because being on the keto diet means cutting out all carbs including gluten. The bar was just under $4.00 per box located next to the nut butters which are also Atkins products.

I like to start this review with a little bit about the product. The Atkins Caramel Chocolate Nut Roll is made to be LOW in carbs. It has about 2 net grams of carb making it easy for us keto folk to enjoy. The macros are P:40 , F: 16, C: 3! This is the first time I have tried the Atkins brand of foods and after trying their Caramel Chocolate Nut Roll it won’t be my last. Having eaten a keto diet for over two years now and working out most days, I was looking for a nutritious snack with minimal carbs. It has been tougher than you think to find a satisfying and good tasting snack on that diet that is not loaded with sugar alcohols or sugars.

Atkins is known for high quality products for people on the Atkins diet. The Atkins Caramel Chocolate Nut Roll lives up to this standard by providing chocolate, caramel, and crunchy nuts in every serving. With only 6g of net carbs per serving, you can eat guilt free while staying on track for your diet.

The caramel and chocolate flavors were sealed in a freshness pouch for added freshness. Opening it the aroma was to die for! My mouth watered looking at the real caramel and chocolate pieces. The caramel was chewy and stretched when biting which I have not found in any other nut bar. You won't believe this low-carb bar is only 2 net carbs! Each Atkins Caramel Chocolate Nut Roll has a delicious chewy caramel texture with a crisp chocolatey coating. The taste and flavor are so close to the high carb variety you won't believe it!
