I’ll be straight with you, I never liked the taste of artificial sweeteners. But I love kabocha so much so that when I found out about BochaSweet, a keto sweetener made from kabocha fruit, I was super keen to try it.

I was never a big fan of regular sugar, so I started using Swerve around the same time I started my keto diet. I have been using two different kinds of sugars on a regular basis for over five years now. While the results have been decent, I started to think there might be a better alternative out there. After reading a lot of articles and studies about diabetes and sugar alternatives, I decided to try BochaSweet , which is a sucanat that had been synthesized from the kabosu fruit read our review here.
