Keto Hemp Flour

I am pleased to present you my new recipe for keto hemp flour, which contains all the wonderful secret ingredients I have taken here and added here.

Just like hemp in the heart, this raw hemp protein powder has the perfect nutritional balance for the keto diet. Psst, I will reveal a little secret: hemp is one of the best sources of plant protein available on the planet. The combination of cold-pressed hemp oil, hemp seeds and hemp kernel oil offers an ideal balance of nutrients for a ketosis diet!

In addition to grain and soya free, this is also gluten and soya free, as well as vegan and dairy free. This hearty meal is rich in protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals and low in fat and cholesterol.

The hemp seed hearts give this low-carb oatmeal a thick texture and replace oats in this gluten-free breakfast. Using coconut flour in oatmeal with hemp protein is also the best way to make it super thick and creamy. Hemp hearts contain 0 net carbohydrates, which also makes them a 0 net carbohydrate meal, so this is a great option for low carb, gluten-free, vegan and dairy-free meals.

If you want to improve the consistency of your keto bread with coconut flour, add a little xanthan gum. If you have your own favourite method, I’d love to hear about it in the comments below!

Keto – friendly vegetables take on the same tough consistency as oats, which forms the basis of a low-carb oat recipe. As you probably assumed, real oats are not allowed on a keto diet and are not used in this recipe, but these cookies are absolutely ketogenic. They are combined with a little coconut oil and a pinch of salt to make a great consistency.

In a large bowl, add flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger and cloves. Put the coconut oil, coconut milk, cocoa powder, brown sugar and baking powder in a larger bowl.
