Hemp is one of the best foods to be used in recipes, as it replenishes every dish due to the fibre it contains.

Hemp Flour for Keto Baking

Keto – friendly vegetables take on the same tough consistency as oats, which forms the basis of a low-carb oat recipe. As you probably assumed, real oats are not allowed on a keto diet and are not used in this recipe, but these cookies are absolutely ketogenic. They are combined with a little coconut oil and a pinch of salt to make a great consistency. 

In a large bowl, add flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger and cloves. Put the coconut oil, coconut milk, cocoa powder, brown sugar and baking powder in a larger bowl. In a larger bowl, add the corn starch, maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla extract, oats, chocolate chips, cayenne pepper, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, lime juice and salt. In the largest bowl, add a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of cinnamon and 1 / 4 cup of almond milk and 2 teaspoons of baking powder. 

Bring the almond milk to the boil in a medium saucepan and roast the seeds and almonds for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Add coconut oil, coconut milk, maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla extract, oats, chocolate chips, cayenne pepper, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, lime juice and salt and mix well. 

In a small bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger and cinnamon. You can also make your own muffins using this keto hemp flour to replace the refined white wheat flour that is required in the recipe. 

This low-carb paleo hemp bread is perfect for those looking for a fluffy, firm bread that is not crumbled and easy to roast. This healthy paleo bread is made from hemp flour, which is low in carbohydrates, high in protein and fibre, and therefore a good alternative to refined white wheat flour.
