Excellent- this has to be the best out there. I have tried some other low carb bread mixes and none come close to the No Guilt Bakes brand.
Multiseed bread mix is great to be used for main meals or snacks. You could use it to make sandwiches, toast or as part of a brunch menu! It took only 2 and one-quarter cups of water and blended into an easily removable dough. After following their instructions and letting the dough rest for half an hour, I divided it up, rolled each piece out and formed bread dough loaves.
I am very impressed with this bread. Not only was it ever so easy to make and take just around 15 minutes but the taste, texture and quality is amazing. I could actually not tell the difference between one made from wheat flour and this bread mix! From a non-vegan perspective, I made a meatball sub with it and my non plant based husband thought the bread was delicious! I will be buying lots more of these!
I have tried to find low carb bread alternatives for some time, and often been disappointed. This bread is good, it toasts well. I dip mine in a little butter half way through the toasting cycle. The only issue I found was that it goes stale very quickly. The packet says it is good for two weeks after opening, but actually is only edible for about five days.
