We are a small family business run from Brighton giving the UK options for buying keto, low carb and paleo foods, snacks, gifts, ingredients and supplements. We are born from a need to lose weight, as well as finding a way to overcome issues with concentration.

I am James Howell the main leader of the team, and I have personally had my own battles with weight, from a young age I have suffered from up and down weight gain and weight loss. I also suffer from Dyslexia and often found that diet good and bad had an effect on the mind as well as the body.

I eventually found the keto diet and that all changed, my weight levelled and reduced, my thoughts are clearer and I love the keto diet.

Being envious of the amount of cool and interesting keto friendly foods and snacks the people of the USA have access to made me join up with the team to create Keto-Supplements.co.uk.
