After facing his own health challenge, Mike was searching for a meaningful investment opportunity. He provided the infrastructure and resources needed to establish our very own production facility—a real-life superfood chocolate factory. This uncle-nephew duo, Alex and Mike, continue to lead all innovations and operations at Windy City Organics (WCO) to this day.
